Group Book Study

Read through Compassion (&) Conviction with a small group of people who want to walk through it together and discuss key ideas.

Why Read It in a Group?

There are many benefits of reading a book with a group and not just by yourself. There are three primary benefits to this particular study.

  • Discuss and process the ideas

An opportunity and space to discuss the ideas presented by the authors. Some of the ideas might be new to you, some may be challenging, etc.

  • Learn about The AND Campaign

This book is an excellent way to learn about the mindset and mission of The AND Campaign.

  • Loving our neighbor

Learn about and consider authors’ idea that Christians can actively love our neighbors through advocacy, policymaking, and civic representation.”

Book Study Structure

As you consider if this is a group you'd like to join, here's a high-level picture of what you can expect if you want to read through Compassion (&) Conviction in a group.

  • Weekly virtual meetings

This study will take place once a week virtually via Zoom. The only cost involed is purchasing a copy of the book.

  • Discussion questions shared ahead

Five days before the next session, you'll receive questions based on the week's reading. We'll use those to guide our discussions.

  • Reminders, just to be safe

Life is busy, and still a bit abnormal, for many of us. I'll be sending out reminders about the next meeting each week, along with the discussion questions for reference.
