This is by far the best amp I've ever owned. I'm a tube guy and this amp really delivers. It's 55 watts of american made gorgeous tone and it is very versatile as well. There are 2 separately wired and powered channels that allow for classic blackface tones or classic tweed tones. The lead channel really lets you shred too. The Chubster 55 has "55 watts of EL34 power, five 12AX7 preamp tubes, housed in a extra deep open-back enclosure and fitted with a Celestion G12L-55 rear-mounted speaker."
There is a great demo of this amp on Rivera's website where the amp's knobs are adjusted live while someone is playing. It gives you a great understanding of how many sounds you can get out of this amp without changing a single thing about the signal going into it. You can check out the video by clicking here. This amp retails for about $1800.00. I've used this amp in numerous settings and couldn't have been happier with it. It comes with a 3 button footswitch that gives you control over your channel and boost controls.
