Form Processor Updated
Well it’s been a month since I released my Catch-All PHP Form Processor and I must say I’ve been very pleased with the results. There have been about 300 downloads and I keep seeing this script pop up in places around the web. I started getting user comments and suggesting and a few bugs were noted. I’ve addressed each of the bugs and included a few of the suggestions in this new release. I also added a few additions of my own though. A few things to note:
Now you can…
- Add BCC (blind carbon copy) email address for the results to be sent to
- Have a subject field that the user fills in instead of being bound to defining it in the php script
- Have the user Name and email defined the same way the subject can be defined now
- Add a date and time to the bottom of the results in the email
- Exclude blank fields from being emailed (really useful for long registration forms)
Your Thoughts?
So let’s hear what you have to say. Have those of you who have used this script been able to use it easily? Does it accomplish your goal(s)? Take a stab at these new features. What do you think of them? If you have any other thoughts or suggestions I’d love to hear them. Don’t forget to stop by the project’s page and answer these questions and download the new update!
Thanks to everyone who gave feedback and suggestions!
